Parking Guidance Systems, LLC (PGS) is pleased to announce that it has hired Patrick Kelley to be its first Chief Operating Officer. Over the last several years, PGS has experienced exceptional growth; starting off as a small regional installer of parking guidance systems to where it is today, a nationwide, designer, distributor, and installer of the INDECT Parking Guidance System with multiple locations across the country.
