(Boston, MA – March 25, 2025) – Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), a leading provider of advanced parking technology and installation solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert (Bobby) Maguire Jr. as Sales Director for the Northeast. This strategic hire aligns with PGS’s growth initiatives in the region as the company continues expanding its presence in the parking technology sector.
With over 15 years of experience in development, real estate, construction, and asset management, Maguire brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong network of relationships to PGS. In his new role, he will be responsible for establishing PGS as the preferred vendor in the Northeast, prospecting and developing new business, assisting with pricing and project implementation, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities.

Maguire has held key sales and business development positions, including Account Executive and Director of Business Development, earning recognition such as Rookie of the Year at both Stealth and Kastle and winning the Fast Start Contest at Unishippers. He is an active member of numerous industry associations, including GBREB, NAR, HIC, BOMA, AGC, ABC, NAWIC, and BWIC.
Outside of work, Maguire enjoys rugby, event planning, charity initiatives, music management, and competitive sports. He resides in the Northeast with his family, including his three-year-old daughter.
