Michael is the analytical engine behind PGS’s estimating team, bringing accuracy, structure, and strategic insight to every proposal. As Lead Estimator, he reviews project documents, prepares detailed cost estimates, coordinates with vendors, and collaborates closely with project managers and the sales team to ensure each bid is both competitive and aligned with client needs. His attention to detail and commitment to precision help set the foundation for successful project execution.
