Mary B. Mabry, PTMP, is a seasoned parking and mobility professional with 37 years of industry experience and a career dedicated to improving the customer experience through evolving technology, thoughtful process design, and trusted partnership. As Client Success Manager at Parking Guidance Systems, Mary supports clients through implementation and ongoing service delivery—helping them maximize system performance, strengthen operations, and achieve long-term success.
Known for her deep industry knowledge and relationship-driven leadership style, Mary brings a unique combination of operational expertise and client advocacy. She is actively engaged in the parking and mobility community, serving on the board of the Texas Parking & Transportation Association (TPTA) and volunteering across multiple committees for IPMI, where she also serves as Volunteer Chair of the State and Regional Committee. A Past President of TPTA and a Parking, Transportation, Mobility Professional (PTMP) through IPMI, Mary is passionate about an industry that is constantly evolving—one that challenges professionals to keep learning, improve, and innovate.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys staying connected to the industry through networking and service, and she values downtime spent watching movies and enjoying weekly date nights with her husband, Bobby, when she’s not traveling.
