Stephen’s 10+ years at INDECT, combined with an additional 10 in the parking business, brings a unique perspective and will be a valuable addition to the team. His hand’s on approach and deep understanding of PGS systems and functionality allow him to bridge booth operations and sales, with confidence.
Stephen had humble beginnings in the parking Industry, starting as a valet driver in downtown Atlanta, and quickly learned the importance of customer satisfaction. He then went on to run one of the largest fully automated valet operations in the country before he was landed at INDECT USA, where Stephen not only guided the company to be the leading parking guidance technology in the country, he managed high profile projects and installations in 17 countries around the world. When not globe trotting, Stephen loves to hang out with his wife and two children at home in Colorado.
Best part of the job?
I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of looking at a parking structure, then listening to the customer’s concerns, and coming back with a solution that we know will improve their parking issues overnight. Our team is simply the best in the business, which makes my job that much more satisfying.
