(Houston, TX – December 6, 2023) – Parking Guidance Systems, LLC (PGS) announced the recent promotion of Matthew Valera to the position of Regional Sales Director. In this new capacity, Valera will be responsible for growing sales beyond his original territory of Florida. “We’re extremely proud of Matt’s accomplishments,” states Chandrea Frantz, President and CMO at PGS. “Not only did Matt solidify our presence in Florida, but he has also proven that he can sell beyond the state. He brings a wealth of industry experience and is very well respected by his peers.”
Since first joining PGS in 2021, Valera has excelled as its Director of Municipal Sales / Florida Market. With deep roots in Florida, along with an extensive background in the parking industry, Valera made an immediate impact and was able to expand the PGS footprint throughout the state. More importantly, Valera’s extensive network and strong reputation helped PGS secure projects in other parts of the country. A few of Valera’s more significant project awards include:

Valera also gives back to the industry and currently serves on the following industry association boards and committees:

- IPMI – Smart Transportation Task Force (2023- present)
- IPMI Technology Committee (2021-2023)
