Parking Guidance Systems, Inc. ("PGS") has acquired ParkZen ("ParkZen"), a parking software development company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. ParkZen was incubated within the Louisiana State University ecosystem and funded by its management team and a number of individual investors. Capital to support the acquisition was provided by the employees and board members of PGS.

To support its aggressive growth strategy, Parking Guidance Systems, LLC (PGS) has hired parking industry veteran, Ron Machon, to expand its footprint in the western region. “We’re extremely excited to have Ron on board. He has a broad skill-set and deep understanding of both the operations and sales side of our business,” stated Derek Frantz, CEO of PGS. “Ron is already familiar with our people, technology, and installation processes so he will be able to hit the ground running.”
In a newly created position to support continued growth, Parking Guidance Systems, LLC (PGS) announced today the addition of Stoimen Gaydarov as Director of Technical Support and Maintenance. In his new role Gaydarov will report to the VP of Operations and oversee customer service and support, while assisting in operations plan for upcoming projects. “Customer support is what got us to where we are today,” said Derek Frantz, CEO at PGS. “Stoimen’s engineering background, combined with his experience working with INDECT, makes him perfect for this job.”
