Christmas came early, at the Texana Center in Bellville, Texas, for roughly 20 adults of all ages suffering from developmental deficiencies. For the last several years, Chandrea Frantz, President of Parking Guidance Systems, LLC, and her family have been hosting a Christmas lunch and bringing gifts to a growing list of excited people at the center. What started out as a visit to see a friend, has now become one of the center's most anticipated events of the year.
