The National Parking Association (NPA) announced the winners of its 2015 Innovation Awards during today’s Innovation Awards Luncheon at NPA’s 64th Annual Convention & Expo being held this week in Miami, Fla. NPA Innovator of the Year: Chandrea Frantz, President and Chief Marketing Officer, Parking Guidance Systems, LLC.

Nebraska Furniture Mart (a Berkshire Hathaway company) recently opened a two-million square foot store in GrandScape, a fast growing mixed-use development located in The Colony, Texas. To better accommodate it’s customers, Nebraska Furniture Mart built a 2,000 space parking garage that is connected to the store. Of those parking spaces, 1,625 are monitored with the INDECT Single Space parking guidance system and was supplied by Parking Guidance Systems, LLC, of Dallas, TX.
Christmas came early, at the Texana Center in Bellville, Texas, for roughly 20 adults of all ages suffering from developmental deficiencies. For the last several years, Chandrea Frantz, President of Parking Guidance Systems, LLC, and her family have been hosting a Christmas lunch and bringing gifts to a growing list of excited people at the center. What started out as a visit to see a friend, has now become one of the center's most anticipated events of the year.
